Reworked video from windy afternoon flying

Very windy with high clouds mucking with the light. I didn't change ND filters, so just shot with one and tried to do some corrections in post. I really wish there was a way to apply some local control for the highlights so the clouds aren't so blown out. Critique welcomed.

Where were you when you shot this video? I am heading out west, hopefully, no later than mid-April for the high desert of Utah, Nevada, California and Colorado. Any useful feedback will be appreciated.
