I sent mine to DJI as there was a good chance they'd fix the gimbal and not flat replace it. Shipping time sucked though and forget about deviating from the quoted plan, such as including props to replace the broken ones you sent them so to avoid the $10 shipping fee when buying the props from their store.
A more local repair center was more accommodating but would have replaced the gimbal outright which would have cost me much more.
