Register P3 with DJI

Is there a way to sign up your drone with DJI for warranty purposes or anything of that nature?

AFAIK I believe this is done when you register using the GO app before your first flight. Correct me if I am wrong!

You can't fly until the aircraft is activated ... that is .. registered with DJI.
