(Repost from MPP)
I was checking out an estuary that I plan to shoot in the fall and used both the MP and the P4P. As usual just after takeoff, set the focus and exposure, hit record and leave it that way for the flight. Stop recording at the end.

So, I end up with a lot 4.09 GB vids (and balances) on the cards to look through to find "production" material.

The alternative would be to record shorter sequences and end up with a long list of shorts to sort through and select material.

What's your practice?

Record it all. You could hit stop/start when you feel fit so the files are segmented, but I tend to think: What if something happens and I miss it....
