RAW files opening troubles!

Hi guys

Ive no doubt this has been done to death so please except my apologises beforehand!

I just can't open the RAW file in Photoshop CC

Ive updated both my phantom and handset.... Also updates Photoshop, downloaded what I think is the latest RAW converter files from Adode.

Am I missing something simple here or going round the bend?

Have you updated the camera firmware? Have you tried to open image files with DNG extension?

I thought I had - I downloaded the....

Phantom 2 Vision Assistant Software v1.08
Phantom RC Assistant Software v1.1

And did all the updates I could find - But saying this I never saw any specifically mentioning camera update

Just follow exactly the guidelines how to do it. Especially formatting the SD card in camera, first. DJI's "clean" means formatted.
