Random video/picture size and quality.

Hi there.

Long story short, i'm having a really difficult time trying to figure out what's going on. The P4P is up to date also.
Whenerever i fly, i set, and veriyfies that my Video/picture settings are set to Auto and to 2k or 16:9 respectively, but when i go to my PC, i ended up with some foortage that is actually at 2K, but some others are at 1920x1080; same goes for pictrures, some of them are, as set previously, to 5472 x 3078, but some others goes to another resolution or even the annoying 1920x1080.
I always shot pictures and video using the dedicated buttons on the remote.
Any advice will be appreciated.

One thing I might suggest, if you shoot still shots WHILE video is recording, the still will be of the same frame dimensions as the video, regardless of still camera settings.
