Quick compass question

Does the vision and plus use the sane one? Picked up a new spare one to put on my longer legs and just wondered as it was sold as a new vision non plus compass

I just replaced my gps board on my vision plus with a vision (non plus) and it worked fine. (I had water damage) The vision plus compass plugs directly to the main board where as the the vision (non plus) the compass plugs in to the GPS board. So based on what I did one would assume the compass would work. The only issue I have now is the gimble is jerky for a few seconds on warm up.
