i got a new quad copter YESTERDAY! i got the 6 channel R/C quad rotor and already, when i am charging a battery the charger is flashing red and 1 of the blades isnt spinning! please help

Might be quite useful if you could have said what quad it was. DJI or another? There are quite a few manufacturers now. What does the manual say about what the charger light should be doing? Does it eventually stop flashing, eg, once the battery is charged? The red light, whether it's supposed to be flashing or not, is probably nothing to do with the stuck blade.
These forums, as the name might possibly imply, are concerned with the DJI Phantom range. The craft you mention seems to be a cheap little quad which I, for one, have never heard of. You didn't answer all my questions anyway, but I think you should possibly consider looking elsewhere for help, or simply returning the thing to wherever you got it from if you think it's not working correctly.
