Premier Pro and After Effects Training

I'm watching the full Premier Pro course on Lynda.com and I'm diggin it! I'm shooting lots of b-roll footage around the neighborhood and I'll be making my first movie soon. I've also been turned on to Andrew Kramer's Video CoPilot although that's a few months away after I get comfortable with Premier.

What are some other good online training options for learning Premier and After Effects? I can do the google thing but find it's helpful to get actual recommendations from all you subject matter experts.
