And for something different, here's a video. :-) Not seeing many video posts these days. I was planning to upgrade, but bought an Avata instead - which is no replacement for the Phantom. Feels like there aren't too many of us still flying this bird.

Powers Lookout is in Victoria, Australia, about three hour's drive north-east of Melbourne.

I still fly my Phantoms but usually when away from people as they're so noticeable. Everyone knows that design as a drone. They are still such an awesome bird with great camera and for hauling loads, unbeatable..

Why am I constantly asked to sign in to see videos, when I'm already signed in?

Yeah, there's nothing stealthy about the Phantom. Noise-wise, however, my Avata - with its higher pitch, is probably worse... or at least more irritating.

Nice video. My p4a still flys like dream. Great stills and good video. She’s Not bad for an old cowboy.
Thanks. Although one of my gripes with the P4 is that I've never been able to get smooth yaw at speed. I have to slow down to ensure smooth turns, and even then if there's a bit of wind around, it can still be inconsistent. You can see towards the start of the video that my leftward yaw is a bit shaky.

You said it! I love my Phantoms too

Wow, you inspire me.
I like stealth. The less people know I'm there, the better. But it seems like my P4 flies like a Cadillac drives. It seems so smooth and easy to handle. At the moment I'm having a bad battery in the controller thing going on. I have fixed it 2x in the past. I'll fix it again. I have got the time, waiting for my shoulder to heal.
