Man give me some tips!

How do you manage not to have barely any noise? Do you do noise reduction? Even at ISO100 my images are a bit noisy.

And what program/app are you using for editing?

Last night was one of the best sunset scenarios that I have ever seen!
The picture I am going to post was taken well after sunset, here on the ground, from about 400 feet up. It is comprised of 8 still pictures stitched together. It shows about a 180 degree area, well after dark on the ground.
