I forgot to put a flash card in my phantom pro, so when I took some pictures, they are now 'low quality' on the controller. How the heck do I get the pictures off the controller and on a card?

You mean the photos are stored on your phone / tablet? They are low quality because max resolution is 720 vertical pixels. You can copy them to SD card if your phone/ tablet has sd card slot.
The photos are actually on the controller (Pro +). I have a sd card in the controller, but do not know how to transfer the photos.
