Do I need another controller if I want tilt function for gimbal and return to home function to work?

Not for return to home function. Not sure about the gimbal

Nope, stock TX works for both actions, RTH is programed by Naza Assistant in lower position of right top stick. And for tilt, you must add a lever control in TX.
