Phantom 4 pro

I am using a galaxy tab s2 with phantom 4 pro trying to get litchi to work with way points. Error comes up saying no gps lock ensure aircraft is connected. I have updated firmware, reinstalled everything and can not work out what is wrong. Please help

Do you have any satellites? You should see sat numbers in the top of the screen in DJI Go or Litchi.
Is it any different in DJI Go? (It should be the same as the GPS unit is in the Phantom and whatever app you use just repeats what the Phantom is reporting).
