Phantom 4 pro battery issue

Hi all. I have a phantom 4 pro + purchased in Dec and the 1 of the batteries won't charge it just blinks one level when the button is pressed or charging.

You can connect the remote to P4P and see the battery information using dji Go 4. Then battery experts (not me might better help you.

So here's a new one I haven't seen anyone else post about.

Brand new drone and battery, first flight. Flies fine, then it lands and the battery won't turn off.
