Phantom 4/Phantom 4 Pro batteries and charger

Just wondering if the batteries(and the charger) for the Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro are interchangable?

Can I use a Phantom 4 Pro battery in my Phantom 4?

Can I use the charger that came with my Phantom 4 to charge the RC and the batteries for a P4P?
