Hi guys,
Need some help here. I am having some issues with a Phantom 4. When I shoot an image or a video either using the remote controller or through the DJI GO 4 App, there is a momentary black out of my tablet screen with the photo / video icon rotating. The status goes from Yellow to Red (Lost Signal) and then back. When I check for the recorded image / video, it shows SD card empty. What seems to be the issue ?
1. I upgraded firmware for the remote controller (using DJI Go 4 app) and drone using DJI assistant 2
2. Tried formatting SD card in PC as well as inside the drone
3. Tried 3 different SD cards - Sandisk Extreme Plus 32 GB, Sandisk Extreme 16 GB, Sandisk Ultra 16 GB
