Phantom 4 Charger/Battery

Hi all,
I was hoping someone could help me out here, I just received my Phantom 4 Refurbished drone yesterday and everything works fine except the battery/charger (I don't know which one). The battery seems to be charging only intermittently. I charged the battery overnight and the battery only got up to 6%.

Put a multi meter on the charger and wiggle the cord around to see if there is a break in the wires somewhere.

Id most definitely contact the seller and see what they want to do to make you a Happy P 4 owner.....Good Luck on whatever you decide to do.
Sounds like a Very very bad battery to me....6% WOW !

Try charging the Battery alone without using the charger hub. Worked for me. Good luck..
