Phantom 4 Adv distance issue

Has anybody had this sort of problem before?
Signal gone by 128meters at 164 feet on a brand new out of the box Phantom 4 advanced.

My old Phantom 3 standard would get 5 times the distance in the exact location.

I did, it was after I got a new battery, whether that has anything to do with it or not I do not know. It doesn't happen now but I would return, land (manually), not turn it off or reset it, take off again and it would go. Probably not the same issue but it was similar to your distance.

Certainly a strange issue. I’m tempted to return it and get a P4P instead.

Something wrong, tried more then 3 times and got distance (in an area with no interference) distance of 3,8 km with video connection. Haven't tried something similar in an urban area.

Have done and just thinking should update the firmware or not? Will test when weather improves

Replacement UAS had no such issues with very good signal to limit of Vlos
