Phantom 3S firmware 1.6.80 failed twice

The other day I finally was able to get my P3S out and it told me that there was the new firmware. So I did the update and it got to about 50% then said it failed. I turned everything off.

About 10 minutes later i started the app turned the remote on then the PS3. All I heard was some annoying beeping but was able to get the firmware started again. This time it got to 64% and said it failed. But when I went in to the camera view of the app, went to about it said that the firmware was 1.6.8..

Now I am afraid to go out and fly it.

So any help with this would be appreciated.

Did you check the result file on the SD card to find out the actual result of the update? This is mentioned in the instructions.

No I did not. Didn't even think about that step. The bad part is and I guess I should have said it above is that I formatted the sd card after to try again and now I don't have the result file, or know how to try to do the update again. So hopefully there is another way to check.
