Phantom 3 std fly away and crashed

Update on my p3std is this
After DJI reviewed my flight logs I received a prepaid shipping label. However they would not let me know if it's a warranty until further investigation of aircraft.
I don't know if prepaid shipping insinuates DJI accepts maybe a warranty or if they do that with all returns. they take there time but I know I am a small piece of there pie,so I am not disappointed in customer service no matter the outcome. I will post what they say.
