my flight time seems low. im getting 14min average. Batteries have about 2 charges each .Shouldn't this be way more ? Any advice?

Depends on how low the battery is drained. I usually stop flying around 30% down to 20%. Average 16-18 minutes at 30% and about 20 minutes at 20%. Batteries are batteries, everyone should be getting about the same power/charge after that, it's type of flying, altitude and and temps.

Agreed, also the max I've managed just for an endurance test was 22min 30sec.
