HI my P3 recently purchased has battery fully chaged and controller fully charged. Switching on drone using normal sequence the unit fails to switch on. And controller switches on but can't switch off. Any ideas?

Hi does batt have batt have any lights showing,what colour remote lights,pressing 2x to turn on,look inside drone and make sure where terminals contact it ok,
