Phantom 2 flight problems

I had a crash with my p2 and I changed the shell and after checking the updates the p2 will take off and and hover for 2 seconds and then shot up in the air and I have to use throttle lock to get the p2 down would appreciate any help

sounds like Calibration time, do an IMU cal and a compass cal, I would also calibrate the TX and then the TX to the quad, a video of how to do the TX calibration is here
