I found it loose after a crash I just put it back and it clipped right on

Maybe if you circle what it is you are talking about we won't have to look at the picture and try to figure it out.

And your screw hole is broken on the arm. Time to sent it back to DJI.

I'm going to guess it was the top half of the shell that snapped back on. Just a WAG.
