does it have an hdmi out, and does it have the same knobs as the older p3/p4 controllers?

The P4Pro+ (the version with screen attached to the controller), has HDMI out built in. The version without the screen does not have HDMI out, but you can buy the DJI HDMI module to fit it yourself.
Controls are basically the same as P3/4 controllers.
