That's correct. Nothing has changed, and there are no articulated plans to change that state. Get the P4P instead!

DJI told me same. Can't download apps, better off saving $$ and ensuring you can always fly in the event the monitor fails. You can't use another iOS or Android device if that monitor ever fails so you are stuck.

No practical reason that they couldn't have enabled the full sized USB port on the back to accept another tablet to replace the built-in screen, like on every other series GL300 RC!
