P4P and HDMI poor video quality issue (cap to 6 mbps)

HI,
after installing the HDMI module on my P4P i've discovered that the live feed is now capped to max 6mbps instead of 10mbps resulting in a poor video feed with pixels and low quality especially on goggles and external monitors. Are you aware of this? is there any chance to remove this cap? other solutions to increase the quality?

I have had the same problem just this morning. I am very, very disappointed and need a solution.
