P4 pro plus maximum distance more than 2 km in 5G band in Europe

How is it possible that my phantom 4 pro plus exceeded today the maximum 2km range while flying overseas. I was flying in 5G near the sea in Spain ???

I thought the CE range for the P4P was 4km.
My old P3A would do that in CE mode in the right conditions.

Look at the attachment carefully. In Europe maximum distance is 2 km for 5G and 3.5 km for 2.4G bands...I was flying in 5G
