P4 Gimbal / Camera Twitch during LitChi Mission

This just Started the other day.
I recalibrated the gimbal and then tried again Same Twitch.
I checked the cable for wear But I didn't do any disassembly .
With limited experience ( Started flying in Dec. ) I hesitate to do anything too drastic until I ask.
It also does this in fpv during manual flight.
I was going to post a Clip But being the rookie I am you know......

I left these untouched so the viewer could see the realtime problems.
I tried DJI GO /Then Litchi / Then DJI GO 4 and there was no difference.
There was not a lot of wind. 10 KM per hr (6 mph)
I noticed that at the end of the Mission it seemed to stop and then start again when I manually flew it back.
It seems to be totally random and is not continuous.
I have done a very close magnified inspection of the cables looking for breaks or rubs.
I also listened to the gimbals on start up for unusual sounds and didn't hear or see anything unusual.
I'm thinking that I should replace the Pitch Motor first or buy a complete Kit and replace all three.

Is there something else I might be looking for or listening for?

I downgraded the software and recalibrated everything and ALL is well.
I ran through every flight mode without any issue.
