P3s camera roll is not responding to wheel turn, turns on ok but after 10 secs. Camera & arm sort of freezes, seems off equilibrium, making jerky movements in response to tilting the craft around. Motor seems to be running; I hear churning. Takes photos vids fine. Just can't move up/down Any ideas? Replace cable perhaps? Parts recommend? Thx £oT
