I usually fly missions from my house using Litchi Waypoints, but today I flew manually using the Go app. Go recently updated their IOS app and I wanted to see how it felt.
There were a few things missing from Go that I rely on with Litchi.
The biggie was the way Litchi displays the Controller signal strength in a percentage. Go does display a warning message, but I use the Litchi percentage to constantly keep the controller positioned for maximum transmission strength.
Then there is the voice feedback with Litchi. I have it set to repeat every 60 seconds. I know it's not an important consideration but let's say it makes me feel more like a serious aviator.
I'm sure there are other things too, but this just came to mind and I thought I would put it out there.
I heard today that Litchi now supports a second IOS device to view the flight in real time if it's on the same local network. (Impress your friends)
