My P3 professional has corrupted firmware. The drone is totally unreliable at this point as I never know what is going to go wrong next. One time it’s the camera fading in and out and next time it’s something else. Most recently it’s locked on beginner mode and I cannot get it out. Is there anyway on the P3 professional to reset to factory specs?

There is no setting or button that would restore everything to "factory settings" that I'm aware of. There was a time you could roll back firmware but I don't know if DJI still supports that. Search the forum for roll-back.
To get out of beginner mode, be sure it's turned off in the app. Also, be sure you're signed in to DJI when you do so.
