There IS damage to the drone but not nearly as much as would be seen if the damage was indeed caused by the drone. The damage to the car was caused by something with much greater mass than a Phantom. The dented area is an area with much greater structural strength than the center of the roof for instance. Finally, if it WAS true, I highly doubt the Phantom would be sitting where it is. It would have bounced off and would be in pieces. My guess: The owner of the Phantom is also the owner of the car (or a friend), trying to maximize his insurance claim to get his drone AND his car fixed at the same time. Then again, what do I know?
