Can anyone help me i bought my p3s drone second hand. Flew it for about 4 batteries worth of flying now one of the motors is spinning slower than the other 3. Does anyone know what i have to do to fix

When is the motor spinning slowly? Are you still able to fly it normally?

Not sure if it is old plus only happened since i put quick release prop guards on it.

Maybe it's not hovering as well due to the prop guards being installed. As a test, try removing the prop guards to see if that resolves the problem. Make sure you use the original (shorter) screws so you don't drive them into the motor coils.

If one motor was restricted, the aircraft would spin when hovering. It would be impossible not to.
The only causes would be either the bearing or grit / foreign matter inside.
Or a defective ESC, but again, flying normally would not be possible.

There was a similar thread somewhere.

If your craft is flying stably, don't worry about the speed differences on the ground.

If you are able to identify that only one particular motor always spins slowly , look for a debris inside, clean it up or replace with a new motor.
