Yes, it does. Generally in Settings, but it depends on drone model.

I don't think you can find it in Litchi, if I'm wrong somebody will respond.

There are quite a few settings that you have set in DJI-Go, that is not Litchi.
Smart RTH on/off, battery warning levels, max height, etc.
