Like many communities on Long Island you can bet the wealthy would prefer the unwashed masses not fly near there beach homes. If this is what's behind this and I bet it is then the little people will not win. This is how the game is played ... when the low-life that runs Facebook wanted privacy at his Hawaii estate he filed lawsuits against locals who previously had rights to access some of his land before Zuckerberg arrived.
