The forum was intended to be a place to share ideas and help to newbies or just to those having a problem and know about DJI’s reputation with customer service. Then as problems increased pilots went from seeking help to complaining about DJI’s failure to address certain problems. Then when the forced firmware upgrades caused a new group to become upset with their disregard for their own customers the forum ceased to be mainly a help site and turned into a complaining medium. Perhaps if DJI would get in tune with their customers this migh revert to the much needed help place again. However that will probably never happen.
