No picture on my iPad mini 4

Just came today, charged everything, turned
everything on, did all updates calibrated everything,
The iPad doesn't see what the camera see.
I just get flickering.
I did some pictures, when I played them back, they were all OK
The iPad cable is the one that came with the iPad
Any idea?.

All is working!
The charging cable was the problem.
Got a new cable from Walmart.
