Here is what option they output at. I know they talk about the Mavic, but it's the same for the Phantom series. I believe The P4P v1 does not have Smooth Mode.
Your best option for a flight where there is plenty of interference would be Regular Mode and change it to 10mhz, instead of the default 20mhz. The reason being, the thinner the bandwith, the less likely to get interference from outside sources, which may end up in higher latency.
I did mention 480p, but I was wrong. That output is only for the P3S.
