Newbie Phantom 3 ADV user!

Hi all from the East of England. I've been enjoying the drone for a couple of weeks, 55 flights so far...Am using my iPad but would like to use a smaller tablet that will not be as heavy. Thinking of an android 7" tablet, that I can use all the time with the drone. Amazon Fire, Nexus 7 ?.. Maybe...
Anyone use these? Advice and information appreciated, Not too technical please

I can only recommend the iPad Mini 4, if you want something smaller than that I can only comment on the iPhone 6 Plus. The iPad Mini 4 has the brightest and most beautiful mobile device screen I have ever seen.
