New vision owner - Beginners position

Hi All,

I'm super excited! My Vision arrived at work today, who cares who sees it, it's a cool item!

I've been watching all the vids on set up ect! But been looking at this forum and read some scary posts.

Can someone help and give me a synopsis on what I need to do regarding updates? I knew there might be some for the craft but didn't know I had to update the controller too?!

I hope my journey is long, had a rc plane that well lasted for 30 seconds of flight! Ops!!

Also upgrading from an ar drone!

Has anyone been able to hook the vision to fpv googles?

Looking forward to contribute and speak to fellow members!

There have been many posts about this topic. This one seems to be the most concise.

You probably want to do a few flights in standard Vision mode before enabling Naza and IOC modes. If you do enable Naza, the LED signals will be different than what is in the Vision manual. These links should be helpful:
