I'm a 1st timer! Bought a mint condition used Pro +. Seller told me to Down load DJI Assistant 2, to my laptop. Connected controller to laptop thru USB. Trying to log in on controller screen. I put in email and password and when I hit Login it says network Unavailable, check internet connection. I'm definitely connected. Why isn't laptop recognizing controller?
