New P4 with Gimble and Video issues

I have just received my new P4. Setup, firmware and calibration done.

1. When I first turn it on the gimble does not sit straight with the frame it is turned slightly to the left.

2. When I rotate the bird while I am videoing the replay appears to be "jerky"

Am I missing something here or do I have a problem.??

I was going to attach a photo of the gimble but could not see how.

Yes...ran through the whole process again this morning...no change to either problem.

There is a grey foam stopper at the top behind camera that holds the gimbel. Its between the body and back of camera. Removed?

Yes removed. Could not solve the problem so I returned it to the distributor and received another one, which arrived last night, no just need for it to stop raining so I can test it.
