I don't see a time stamp on the Google Store, just that it was updated 6/13/18, I updated about 1:30pm EST (17:30 GMT) it may have been available prior.

Same here not sure what time but when you started this post and I saw it I went to the APP store on my iPad and it was there. It around 130-2PM EST. It wasn't there at 730 this morning.
