If you do send it to DJI, my experience in sending mine to the North American facility in Carson, CA was very positive. Mine was simply a camera replacement, but they did it quickly and returned it right away no cost to me. The camera was under warranty (6 mos).

Try gimbal calibration while hovering in the air. It will say it fails but it has worked for me.

The camera is straight. Bird seems to be flying consistent, if not as well as my Standard. We'll see.
