I'm having trouble figuring out how to save my 4K videos. If I cannot save & edit them, is there a way to make my videos clearer, when shooting in 1080hp?

Take the SD card out of the AC, insert it into a SD card reader. Plug the SD card reader usb plug into your desktop. You can access the file from your desktop and copy it to your HD.

The best way to make your videos clearer is to be sure your lens is clean and increase the resolution.

I connect my P3 to my macbook and download directly (via the micro USB input on the gimbal. The card reader method (which I use for everything else) didn't work... could be the card formatting. Don't shoot in 1080p. Always shoot as high resolution and best quality. Huge difference. Make sure you're shooting RAW for photos (or RAW+JPG). Check your camera settings and set to -2 or -3 for sharpness, contrast, saturation. It's better to make those adjustments in post and it doesn't really work going backwards.

Always better to get the Images and video direct from the SD card as the quality is much better. Both Mark the droner and Macfawlty are correct I also like to save in JPG and RAW most times the JPG image is just fine but if you need to edit it your gonna want it in RAW having both gives you the option

Connecting my macbook directly to the USB input on the gimbal, the drone functions as the card reader. It's a cumbersome method for sure. Don't know why I had an issue getting the card to mount. I'll give it another try.
