Need advice on Mavic Pro

Found a guy with a mavic pro for sale locally. Someone gave it to him. They had a problem with the drone and tried to take it apart and assembled it incorrectly and the screws are gone. He has the box, remote in mint, and charger in mint. Battery is some for to say the least. But the board and all doesn't look like it has major problems. The gimbal and motors are in great shape. The frame has chipped off on the corners in some place. If I'm luck I get a battery do some minor repairs like a new frame and maybe something else? He wants $200. I think it's a deal. Opinions?

If you can make it whole and fly, it's a deal. If you are thinking of sending it for repair, then it could turn out more expensive, than to buy a fly ready one.
