My Phantom (Newbie)

Hi all,

Only had my Phantom a couple of weeks. Got to grips with flying using a Hubsan X4 that I got at Xmas and it still a lot of fun!

My Phantom specs are as follows:

DJI Phantom 1
DJI 9443 props
PMU V2 - Means nothing to me. Is this the brains of the machine?
Zenmuse H3-2D Gimbal
GoPro Hero 3 White
GoPro Live out cable to eliminate noise from Zenmuse controller
600mw Boscam 5.8GHz Video Transmitter and Skew Planer Antenna
Black Pearl 7" Wireless 5.8GHZ Monitor

As I have a 3D printer, I was able to print the following items:

3D Printed accessory mount
3D printed extended landing gear
3D printed Pearl monitor mount

I started up the DJI Nazam assistant and took some screen shots of a few of the sections. Seems like I need to do a firmware update? Is there any advice you can give me to ensure I don't brick my Phantom? Do the options in the sections posted look OK?

Welcome to the club Gee! VERY cool looking Phantom you have there. Might I inquire about the 3D printed bits. Are those something that is open source that you would be willing to share with us? Or is it something proprietary you've designed? Either way, very nice bird!

Oh okay. Well thanks very much for the link. Just gotta pester a buddy with a 3D printer now
