My perfect flying site

I find myself going back to Point Cartwright (on the Sunshine Coast in eastern Australia)
to fly because there is so much to see and it looks great from so many angles.
Rocky headland, river mouth entrance, boat harbour and marina, luxury waterfront houses, ocean beaches and miles of open space without trees to snag my bird. It's only half an hour's drive from home too.

Very nice photos and location! You may want to add the location of Point Cartwright in your post. I am in Florida USA and had no idea of where Point Cartwright was. Which boat is yours?

Thanks - Location details included now.
Unfortunately my boat owning days are astern now but I have a friend with a nice 49 foot sailboat.
Hoping to get some shots from that one day soon.

Do you know what type of fishing boats are on the left of the photo? Shrimp, Tuna etc? The colors are wonderful.
